Terms & Conditions
- Booking: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due 15 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Within 24 hours of booking: 10% deduction from the total tour package price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- 25 days or more prior to the arrival date: 20% deduction, with the remaining amount refunded.
- Luggage Allowance: Each person is allowed one large and one small (cabin bag) for domestic flights in India, adhering to weight limits (15 kg + 7 kg).
- If you opt for a one-day prior check-in or a one-day late check-out, only transfer cabs, i.e., transportation to or from the airport, will be included.
- Accommodations: In remote locations, accommodations include 5-star and 4-star hotels.
- Special Requirements: Any special requests, such as pickup or drop-off in different cities, must be specified at the time of booking or within 15 days.
- Price Flexibility: The rates provided for hotels and other services are subject to change based on fluctuations in hotel prices, transport rates, or changes in government taxes.
- Dynamic Pricing: Sheoran Tourism reserves the right to adjust tour package prices accordingly, reflecting any alterations in hotel rates, transportation costs, or government-imposed taxes.
